Ms excel or word help(data entry like form)

Help me urgent plz excel ya word mein aysa koi function ho k data enter karne par sheet per khud ba khud copy hojaye
for example: Aysa option ho k name,amount,remarks,total ki jaga par sirf likhte jaye aur add karne par wo sheet par bi copy hota jay like data entry but from option not direct in sheet. Plz guide me!
