KHANE KHANE KA SUNNATI TARIKA

agar kuch ghalat ho gya ho to maf kr dena ab start krte hain
» (1) Khana khane se pahle hamesha
hath dhona chahiye (isse hatho ki
gandagi nikal jayegi)
» (2) Jab khana shuru kare to 'Bismillah'
padhe, (warna aapka khana shaitan ke
pet mein chala jayega).
» (3) Khana hamesha beth kar khaiye.
(ye sunnat bhi hai aur sehat ke liye bhi
accha hai)
» (4) Khana sir dhak kar khaiye
» (6) Khana hamesha sidhe (right)
hand se khaiye.
» (7) Koshish kariye ki khana sidhi
daadh (right side ke teeth) se chaba kar
khaiye
» (8) badi roti ko daant se kaat kar na
khaiye balki usko taud kar, uske tukde
ko khaiye.
»(8) Khana utna hi lijiye jitna aap kha
sakte ho, zyada khana lekar bekar na
kare.
» (9) Khana ukdu beth kar khana
behtar hai
» (10) Khane ke shuru mein thoda
paani pijiye aur beech mein paani
pijiye, ye sehat ke liye bhi faidemand
hai lekin aakhri mein paani mat pijiye,
paani khane ke 1 ghanta baad pijiye. Jo
khane ke foran baad paani pite hain
unko aisa karne mein thodi takleef hogi
lekin kuch dino baad aadat ho jayegi.
» (11) Agar ek plate mein zyada log kha
rahe hain to Apne saamne se khaiye,
akele ho to kahi se bhi khaiye, lekni
beech mein se kabhi mat khaiye, kyonki
beech mein barkat utarti hai.
» (11) Agar kisi dusre ke saath beth kar
kha rahe hain to usko akela chhod kar
na uthe, balki jab tak wo na kha le aap
bhi na uthe, agar kuch zaruri kaam ho
to usse puchh kar uthe.
» (12) Khane mein muh se awaz na
nikle
» (13) Khana acche se chaba kar aur
aaram se khaiye. Jisse hazam hone
mein takleef na hogi.
» (14) Khane mein duniya ki baat na
kijiye aur na hi chup rahiye, balki Allah
ka zikr karte hue khaiye.
» (15) Khana hamesha bhuk se kam
khaiye, khub pet bhar kar na khaiye, ye
sehat ke liye nuksan dayak hai.
» (16) Jab bhuk lage tabhi khaiye, bager
bhuk ke na khaiye.
» (17) Khana kha lene ke baad khane
ke baad ki dua padhiye (jisme Allah ka
shukr kiya jata hai)
» (18) Khana khate time koshish kariye
ki khana humse uchi jagah rakha ho,
barabri mein rakha ho to bhi thik hai,
humse neeche nahi hona chahiye.
» (19) Khana kha lene ke baad pahle
khana uthaiye phir khud uthiye.
» (20) Jo khane ke daane dastarkhwan
ya tray mein gir gaye hain unko utha
kar kha lijiye, kyonki jin daano mein
barkat hoti hai shaitan unko neeche
gira deta hai, lekin kisi dusre ke saamne
ka na khaiye kyonki ho sakta hai usne
kisi wajah se muh se nikal kar rakha ho.
» (21) Dophar ke khane ke baad 15-20
minute sidhi karwat se soiye, isse sehat
acchi rahti hai aur sunnat tarika bhi
hai. Raat ke khane ke baad tahaliye,
lekin zyada bhi na tahle.
» (22) Raat ka khana kabhi na
chhodiye, chahe thoda sa hi khaiye.
Raat ka khana chhodne se kamzori/
budhapa jaldi aata hai.
» (23) Khana kha lene ke baad agar
khana ungli par chipka hai to usko
muh se saaf kar lijiye.
» (24) Khane khane ke baad kavi plate
par Hath nahi dhoye, ye Adab ke
khilaaf hai.
» (25) Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu
alyhiwasallam) Ne Kabhi Bhi Khaane ki
Burai Nahi ki, Pasand Aaya to kha liya
warna nahi (khaya).
» (26) Hazrat Muhammad (Sal lal lahu
Alaihi Wa sal lam) ne irshaad farmaya :
Main tek lagakar khana nahin khata.
