i am using Outlook 2007 mujhe ye maloom karna hy k iss me ak read request ka option hota hy k jab koi hamari email read karta hy tu usk pas yes no ka ak msg show hota hy screen par wo plz kese hota hy koi detail me samjha de mehrbani hogi!
