2nd tareeqa ye hay kay app utorrent se jo file download kar rahay hay usay right clik karay waha pay bandwith allocation then select setupload limit ko pahlay 10 kbs pay select karay toray seconds baad 5kbs phir 3 kbs phir 1 kbs pay ajaye is se app ki uploading speed kam hojaye gi and downloading speed increae
