ziyada tar pdf documents ko security k liye use kiya jaata hai, yani aap ki documents main koi change na kar sakta. software to software mukhtalif options hote hain. baaz softs main aap apni files ko encrypt kar sakte hain baaz main sirf convert. but pdf ek bohat hi achi format hai,khaas kar jo log apni files distribute karte rehte hain. aur nisbatan file size b kam hota hai.

iss k baad jiss document ko convert karna ho ussay open krain, aur file print select karain. phir printer ki jagga jo soft aap ne select kiya hai, ussi naam se ek printer b ho ga, ussay select kar k ok kar dain. thats all.
