Mere paas mobile Nokia Lumia 625 he, jisme problem hogaya he k jab call karta hu to mobile lock hojata he, kia koi help karsakta he?

Keypad Lock hojata he, jab unlock karta hu to phir lock hojata he, me kisi ko agar call karta hu to apni marzi se call cancel nhi karsakta hu

jab ap na mobile le to os waqat bhe asa hota tha ya ab ho raha hai
