memory card format problem

mery mobile ka 4GB card formate nhi ho raha h . lekin is me jo data h woh sahi work kar raha h . lekin is me koi aur data feed nhi ho raha h aur na hi formate ho raha h. sirf read only h. plz is ka koi hal ho to plz btain.
