Walaikum Salam,
Step One:
Keep pressing both the volume keys on the left and
while doing so, press the power button. This will
start the mobile in Factory/Recovery Mode

Step 2:
Select Recovery Mode by pressing Volume Up key

Step 3:
Using the Volume Down key, come on the fifth (5 )
option from the top which says “ wipe data/factory
reset”

Step 4:
Select the option by pressing the Option Touch
Button on the bottom left corner of your Qmobile

Using the Volume Down Key, select the eighth (8 )
option which says “Yes – delete all user data”
