USB Format nahi hoti.

Dear experts,

Main ne Shahroz Awan ke tutorial " USB Ke zarie XP install karin" ke mutabik apni usb ko PetoUSB se format karna chaha. tu error aaya. app yun hoa hai k USB pr pehle se jo files thi wo open nhi ho rahi. main USB ko format karta hun to error aata hai

" Windows cannot format this drive. Quit any dist utilities or other programs that are using this drive, and make sure that no window is displaying the contents of this drive"

Plz help me. Main USB kis tarha format kr sagta hun.

Bootable CD PC mean legaeen..
or Boot hony k bad DOS se format ker leen..
is k liye
format c: ("c" k jaga ap USB ka drive likheen gy)..

Run cmd
c:\> format f:<flash drive> /q enter

bhai ais kai leye aap ko aik tareeqa bata raha hn INSHALAH aap kai kaam aye ga..........

or aap ke USB bhe format ho jaye gi............

right click on my computer> Manage > Disk Managment > right click on Flash... Then Format....

problem hal ho jaye gi aap screen shot main dhek lain..........
