    Arrow Angoor Ka Sherbet

    Preparation Time : 15 min

    Ingredients:
    225 g Grapes, green, seedless
    3 tb Castor sugar/ finely ground
    -granulated sugar
    1/2 ts -Pepper, ground
    1 t zeera-- roasted &
    -ground
    1/2 ts -Salt
    2 ts Lemon juice
    3 c -Water, chilled, 750 ml
    Mint(podina), fresh -- few sprigs

    Method:
    1-Wash grapes and crush them throughly. Pour in water.
    2-Mix well. Strain through a sieve. Add all the seasonings.
    3-Mix well. Chill.
    4-Serve, garnished with mint leaves.

    Smile Badam Ki Sherbat

    Badam Ki Sherbat

    Cooking time : 15 Minutes

    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    Almonds1/2 cup soak overnight if possible
    Ginger 1/2 tspn chopped
    Cardamoms 5 nos crushed
    Sugar1/2 cup
    Mint leaves 3 nos
    Water 2 cups

    Method:

    1. Remove the outer brown skin of the almonds. Grind the almonds in a blender along with the ginger. Add a little water to obtain a paste like consistency.
    2. Add the water, cardamoms and sugar to the paste. Mix thoroughly.
    3. Cook the mixture over a low flame till the sugar has dissolved.
    4. Remove from the flame and pass the mixture through a strainer.
    5. Serve chilled garnished with the mint leaves.

    Default Apple Shake

    Ingredients:
    Apple 3 nos
    Milk 3 cups
    sugar 1cup
    Chilled water 1 cup
    Cardamoms 1tbspn crushed

    Method:

    1.Peel the skin of the apples and cut the apples in half and remove the seeds.
    2.Cut the apples in small pieces.
    3.In a blender grind the apples with the water.
    4. Add the milk and the cardamoms and whip the mixture for around 20 seconds.
    5. Add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled in tall glasses.

    Default Angoor Ki Lassi (Graps)

    Angoor Ki Lassi

    Cooking time : 15 Minutes

    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    Yogurt 2 cups
    Chilled water 2cups
    Cumin powder1/2 tspn
    Sugar3 tbspns
    Rose water 1/4 tspn
    Seedless grapes 1 cup chopped
    Mint leaves 1 tspn chopped

    Method:

    1.Mix thoroughly the yogurt, water, sugar, cumin powder and rose water in a blender. Remove.
    2.In a bowl add the chopped grapes with the beaten yogurt and mix thoroughly.
    3. Serve chilled in tall glasses garnished with the mint leaves.

    Default Banana-Orange Shake

    Ingredients:
    1 small Banana- mash
    1/3of a 6 ounce can or frozen ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE
    1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
    2 cups Cold Milk
    Ice (if want)

    Method:
    1-Blend small Banana in a blender or mix in a bowl.
    2-Then add frozen Orange Juice and Vanilla Ice cream.
    3-Blend/Beat well, then gradually add Cold Milk untill smooth
    and frothy
    4-You can add Ice if you want the Shake to be very cold...
    5-There you go the Yummy Shake is ready

    Arrow Vegetable Kabab

    Ingredients:

    1-Carrot……………………1
    2-Peas …………………….As required
    3- Potato …………………..1
    4- Chanay ki Daal………….1 cup
    5- Bari Ilaichi………………1
    6- Dar cheeni ………………As desired
    7- Red chili powder………..As required
    8- Coriander powder………As required
    9- Salt ……………………..As required
    10- Spring onion…………...As required
    11- Green Chilies ………….As required
    12- Egg …………………….1
    13- Oil ……………………...for frying

    Method :

    1- Boil all vegetables and crush finely.
    2- Boil daal with bari ialaichi and dar cheeni.
    3- Add red chili powder, coriander powder and salt in boiled daal and grind finely.
    4- Add all crushed vegetables, spring onion, green chilies and egg in grinded daal.
    5- Make kababs of the mixture and fry

    Lightbulb Namak Paray

    Ingredients:

    1 - White Flour (Maida) …. ½ kg
    2 - Salt …………………… 1 tsp
    3 - White Zeera (slightly grinded) … 2 tsp
    4 - Baking Soda …1/2 tsp
    5 - Oil …………… as required

    Method:

    1- Add all the ingredients and knead (with Water) to thicken dough.
    2- Let it set for 1/2 hour.
    3- Roll the dough on a plain surface and spread it around so that it makes one thin layer.
    4- Slice this layer in 3' x 1/2' rectangles.
    5- Fry in deep oil till they turn light brown.
