g janab bilkul ho sakti hai but but jis router mein voice over ip ki opetion ho ge to call ho sakti hai other wise ni ...... Cisco, Juniper etc jisay router mein voice over ip ka funtion hai

or haan ap ne meray us problem ka nahi btaya hai k jab mein activer directory mein organization unit bnanay k baad user bnatay hoe password ka error deta hai, is ka kya solution hai???

Janab apko jo problem a rahi hy wo Server may ek security point of view ki waja say by default enable hoti hy jis ko manually disable karna parta hy jis ka method ye hy




Please Follow These Steps To Change the Default Password Policy in Windows Server 2003

Select Domain Security Policy from Administrative Tools.
Click on Security Settings > Account Policies > Password Policy.

Right-click on Passwords must meet complexity requirements.

Click Properties from the context menu.

Do not remove the check from the Define this policy setting checkbox.
Select the Disabled option.
This will allow less complex passwords

Click the OK button.

Double-click on Minimum Password Length in the right pane.
Enter a new minimum password length. Entering Zero (0) will remove the password requirement.
Do not remove the check from the Define this policy setting checkbox.

Click the OK button.

Close the Default Domain Security Settings window.

Type gpupdate /force at the Command Prompt. This will refresh the security policy without restarting.

Press the Enter.

abi 1 or problem hai, mein apna domain name kaisay change kar sakta hoon, q k networking ka jo entire network hai wo kisi or name se hai, is liye mein domain name change karna chahata hoon, kya aap is k baaray mein meri help kar saktay hain,

to kya is k liye mujhay pehlay wala domain remove karna ho ga. or agar remove karna ho to us ko kaisay remove kar saktay hain, ya phir is ko he update kar k nye name k sath install kar saktay hain
