to is k liye to phir wohi command app use karain, ya phir system restore karlain...
kia windows bilkul on hi nahi ho rahi ...?
agar yeh baat hai to aap Bios me se boot kar ke waha se Windows ko repair karain aap ka data bhi nahi jaye ga.

If you had SP2 installed and upgraded to SP3, then it will just be in the Add/Remove programs as an available update that you can simply uninstall.
To downgrade XP SP3 to SP2 you click START> click control panel> double click Add or Remove Programs> find Windows XP SP3 and click then click uninstall.
If you did a fresh install of SP3 then there is no downgrading, You would have to reformat the hard disk (only windows drive), and reinstall XP XP2.

This update is installed to resolve issues caused by revised daylight saving time and time zone laws in several countries.
agar Add/Remove mai XP SP3 nahi it means aap ne SP3 fresh istall kiya tha.. now only possible way is to format and reinstall SP2
