win98

i want to install win98 along with Xp. my hard disk all partitions are on NTFS. i have formated C: partition with the help of win98 and converted it on FAT32 but i could not able to install the 98 because it gives error something like " you are installed antivirus dilable or hardware change " that error comes. now what to do please help.
