Nokia 5130 problem help plz

wen i open mobile cell cemra nd i exit frm camera i receive masge "phone memory almost full. delete items". i format my cell many tyms bt i still receive da same masge. i have nokia 5130 xpressmusic if any one can help me. mobile orignal memory is 30mb nd it shows me 3mb while my phone memory is empty. i will be very thankful to dem thanx.
