maim ms excel main ik formula likhna chahtaa hoo k agar A1 main 1 likha jay tu B1 main "pakistan" show ho aor "pakitan" par jo "hyperlink" main ney deya woh work kary agar "pakistan" show na ho to woh "hyperlink" kaam na kary

Just write below formula in Cell B1 of sheet1 ..... if you will enter 1 in cell A1 it will take you to the sheet2 of Cell A1 ...................... tell me if you need more clarification or you can post your sample file and i'll set it for you .............................
