Go to Start ---> Run and hit Enter....
Navigate this path....
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\StorageDevicePolicies
right mein aap WriteProtect icon par double click karein awar value data 1 ko 0 karein then close registry

and enjoy...
