1st one is better but i must remind you, that you will not be able to play all the games because Built in graphic cards are not meant for that. I have also built in graphic card 256 MB GMA-3000, but i can't play all the games with it. Don't buy Motherboard with built-in graphic which will save you some money and adding some money you can buy a 9600GT which costs around 6800-7500 but will definitely play all the games till date with good frame rate.

Duel Core is latest technology which is almost 125% faster than its P-4 companion. Similarly built-in 3d Cards ka maqsad zyada tar High Definition Movies & Graphics softwares k liye hota hai, yeah Shader Model ko support nahi kartay aur Aj kal games main Shader Model 3.0 ka istimaal hota hai.

Duel Core Processor hai aur games ko chalanay kay liye Graphic Card ki zaroorat hoti hai dono alag cheezain hain.

No way.....i told u that Duel Core processors work 125% faster than normal P-4 companions.

Buy System with Duel Core processor and also buy Geforce 9600GT graphic card to be able to play latest games.

Don't even think about the second one P-4 system.

aur

p4 sirf 10000 ka hai
us main 256mb 3d card nvidea

OK, but still i would say if u can invest than get that system on 20000, because it will last for 2-3 years, as u know that technology is changing day by day today Duel Core, Quad Core are common, and after 6 months no one will talk about them as Core I7 has been launched almost 18 months before and similar is the case with P-4 processors as they are vanishing due to emergence of Duel Core & I-7, and it is the demand for many software.
