proxy bypasser or breaker software

hi everyone! i m a university student and in our computer labs there are so many restrictions on using internet like we can't open facebook,orkut and other sites including youtube etc and also we can't download mp3,mp4,wmv,etc formats....
sometimes ultrasurf and free gate softwares works for us but not every time..

so i am requesting any working software through which we can break all restrictions..tell me is there any software or not and if there are then plz give working software with free license...

and plz also provide tutorial to how to configure the software because most softwares are difficult to configure..so plz help me out....

i have heard from people that there are softwares who changes your original ip or proxy and connect you to internet through any other working proxy,,also provide information about this..that how they work....

Dear Its so easy i'll tell you by numbering
1- Open command prompt and ping required website like as you want yahoo then type as in cmd
ping www.yahoo.com

2- It'll ping yahoo and show you a ip of yahoo, now note that one ip.

3- Write that ip on address bar and enjoy.

man it is not working...as i know to find any websites ip type in command prompt "nslookup <website name>" and it will provide u the address...but through ip address i also cant access blocked websites.... so find another solution that is perfect

Well dear if your network administrator is an experienced person then its really impossible to break such restrictions even through a best of the best proxies....Anyway i will suggest you a website which will serve as a proxy the website is Blocked Site Access..Just go there n put your desired web address and click on "Go"...Check it n do let me know if it worked otherwise we'll go for someother wayout...

Dear friend I have a special software for watch block web sites.Even in Gulf counties mostly web sites are block?I tested my software its 1000000000000% working well.If u really neeed this .Than u can mail me.

man as compare to these proxy bypasser websites,, u can simply use "ultrasurf" or "freegate" they are much better than that... but they are not working according to my requirements thats why i posted here that if someone have a better sol than he/she can share.......
