power on issue in d380x of compaq

Dear All,
I am using d380x model computer of compaq company. This system is not going to start by hitting the power button from cpu.if you want ot start it you have to press "wake up" button from keyboard. till here no issue

No I disabled the wakeup on option from bios now it is not going to on.
What i do to start the system.
