    Exclamation windows installer error

    main apnay pc main jab ms office install kar raha hon to yeh error aata hay(this installation package could not be opened.verify that the package exists and taht you can access it.or cotact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.) main nay WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe bhi instal karliya hay phir bhi masla solve nahin hoa.kindly help me
