Please Help abt this Error ...

One of my hard disk partions is creating a strange error....
Actually main jab b apna pc on kerta hon to mujhe ye message zaroor milta hai: "one of your disks need to be checked for consistency. You may cancel the disk check, but its strongly recommended that u continu"
or ye error hamesha meri ek he partion ka hota hai E-Partion ka
Friends main janta hon ke ye message system on kerne per tab he ata hai jab hum ne window properly shutdown na ki ho ya computer ko direct switch off ker diya ho.... Lekin yehi to asal masla hai ke main humesha apna system properly shutdown kerta hon but yehi message baar baar ata hai or mujhe isay continu kerna parta hai .. agar main isay skip kerta hon to meri E-Partion open he nahi hoti or bottom corner per error message ata rehta hai jis ki main screenshot neechay di hai...
Meri hardisk bhi bilkul new hai or main ne E-drive per just documents ya picture wagera save ker rakhi hyn.... or ye problem last 5,6 days se aa raha hai.... iss se pehle aisa nahi hota tha

fsutil dirty query E:

Hit the Enter key.

Volume E: is not dirty
Volume E: is dirty

in mae se kon sa message aa raha hai?

yr hrd dsk ke E drive m bad sector hai, kis py read error aata hai, owr drive complete scan nhi hoti, re-gernetor ksy yeh sector show hon gy,
