My recomendation for you if you are a professional user of excel may be you already know.
1. You must know how to use relative and absolute refrences in a formula.
2. Use Named Ranges in your formula will save your time.
3. Agar mumkin ho aap k leye you must learn "Dynamic Named Ranges" ko kis tarah define karte hain aur kasie use karte hain.
Aap k is case aur is se pehle wale matter main my option wll be "Dynamic named ranges" (DNR).
Why?
Kion k agar aap kal koi new entry karte hain tu aap ko tamam formule manual adjust/amend karne paren ge. Jab k working with DNR give you a flexibilty to enter formula once it adjust ranges automatically.
Dosra agar aap xl2003 main table par kam karna jante hain tu its will be very easy for u.
Table ko xl2003 main "LIST" kaha jata hai. aap is ko ctrl+L, ya ctrl+T se activate kar sakte hain.
