YouTube without Falsh (Experts plz)

mere office ke ek computer mein addmin ne flash player nahi install kiya aur na he mein mein ker sakta hon ab aysa mein youtube ya phir aur koi bhi vedio mein kis terhan se daikh sakta hon please advice me....
Experts Please...

bhai jab ap youtube ke web site kholo ge to koi bhi video play karna to woh ap ko get flash player ki link de ga us per ckick karo download karo aur phir install kar lo install karne ke liye bus flash player ke icon per click kerna hoga aur install karne se pehle apne sare browser close kar dena ok bagheer flash player ke video chalana i down't think possible

ap kon se account me login ho ker install ker rahe hain adminsster ya phir ap ka koi aur account

user account se kion ke yeh office ka computer hai mein admin se login nahi ker sakta aur na he admin mujhko yeh software ker ke dega...

Downside:
But you have to wait for entire video to load.

1. Copy this link (http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get...player-win.xpi) into Internet Explorer.After IE downloads it, save the file. (*why to IE?.. because if you just try to download it with Firefox, every time you begin, the automatic addon-installer will appear and that is not what we need)
2.Change the extension of the file from .xpi to .zip
3.Now right click and unzip it.
4. In the folder you need to find the following files: NPSWF32.dll and flashplayer.xpt …delete all other files and copy these two
5.The next step is to go to your Mozilla Firefox Portable directory(*located depending on where you saved it, mine for example is on the desktop).
6.Now find the plugin directory and just paste those two files.
7.Restart Mozilla and enjoy the Flash videos
