how I put link on image of my signature

Experts se guzarish he k mujhe ye btaen k:

kisi Thread,post ya Signature main lgae gae image ko ham link kese dete hain....

Yenee hmain link nazar to nahee ata lekin image ya figre pe click krne se ham Hidden link ko access kr skte hain....Jese kai members image lgate hain "CLICK HERE " ka aor related link open ho jata hay....
agar meree baat kisi ko smajh aye hay to plz reply soon..!!

image ko atch krny k bad us ko insert karo par insert image ko shift daba kay select kroo par us pay link dy doo..
smaj na aye to batna scren shot dyd oo ga ...
