Need A Software for School Management

mujhe aik problem face ho rahi he
main aik choti c academy run kar raha hoon
jahan main apne village k ghareeb bachon ko free education provide ker raha hoon
q k main academy ke liye mazeed staff hire nahin ker sakta is liye mujhe sab kuch khud he handle kerna parta he
records maintain kerne main bohat time b zaya ho jata he and bohat problems b ho jati hain.
mujhe koi "school management" ya "college management" type software required he jo ke full version b ho aur freeware b ho.
jis software ki madad se main students ke records (attendance, test reports, prformance reports, contact info, etc.) maintain rakh sakoon
ya phir koi MS-Access ki aisi template mil jaye jis mein ye saare functions hoon..
