Windows restart error

i have windows installed on my pc. from the last two days it automatically restarts with no option on the screen. i have installed avast4.8 antivirus also. and i dont think so it is due to virus. experts plz help me to solve this problem.

again window reinstal krein....avast me b use kr rha houn....no error

right click My Computer >> Properties >> Advanced tab >> click Settings under Startup and Recovery pane >> uncheck Automatic Restart >> click OK / Apply
