The brain is a complex organ that hasn't been understood fully till so far. Human being is awarded the best Ability to have brain functions by nature. This is their superiority over all other creatures. Brain's function is divided in to higher mental functions, interpretations and memory.
All of these expertises are different in type and strength in every individual. Some people do have strong brain memory while others do not. This is the natural gift that a person has stronger memory as compared to the other.
There are some ways however; in order to increase the memory, although again increasing memory also depends upon personal abilities.
The rule of thumb is that, the organ of the body becomes stronger as much it is used. Therefore; use your brain too much in order to have more intelligence and memory power.
Tips to Increase Memory:
Brain Exercises: By doing some brain exercises you may increase your memory. Like for instance, repeat certain things in your mind, for instance daily routine, some arithmetic calculations, poetry, lessons etc
Recalling:
According to law of reaction some times things become difficult if more stress is applied on them. Similarly some times it becomes difficult to recall certain thing. At that instance, leave your mind relax and don't stress over it. After some times things would be recalled automatically.
IQ questions:
Solve IQ questions and certain brain exercises provided in different books and on internet.
Energy:
Remember brain needs Glucose only as the source of energy. Take more sweets and carbohydrate while working intellectual work
Proper sleep and relaxation;
Mind and brain also need relaxation and proper sleep just like other body organs. For proper functioning do it.
Almond:
Few authorities claim that almond is good to increase memory power. Try it, perhaps you may get advantage.
