Added Omnia HD style at the request of xorz
Renamed the 2nd icon to "enable"

Modifications:
• - Renamed the second icon to "Enable" To avoid confusion when starting the application (With only play a few seconds with this icon ( "Enable" ) will be re Activate "Jukebox")
• - New Icons & Styles (Original, Windows 7, Apple, Touch, Autobots, Decepticons & Omnia HD)
• - Added icons and folders Style Notification Windows 7

• - Before installing remove previous versions
• - Only select a version of icons (2 or 1 Icon)
