Slow Browsing speed of PTCL Broad band

Hi All
I am suffering from a serious issue. For the last three months I have been using PTCL broadband Internet of 1Mb, everything was right till the last Sunday. But from the last Sunday to date I m having strange problem which I m unable to solve. The problem is that when I start browsing, my browser doesn't display any page (using all the famous browsers)or display very slowly, very slow browsing, but when I connect my cable to another Computer It works normal!!
After that I delete the first user account and create a new one and every thing was OK again on the new account but after 2 days it also stop working and the same slow browsing. Today again I've created a new account and it works good but I am afraid that soon it ll also stop working. please any one help me.

khalid bhai aap jo anti virus use ker rahay hain wo asal mien ek firewall bhi hai,aur boht he powerfull hai,,,aap usko uninstall ker k eset ka he nod32 antivirus use karay..aur sath me apna window ka firewall bhi off ker k dekhay..aur browser ki cookies aur history bhi delete ker k dekh lien inshalllah kuch behter ho jaye ga..aur is k elawa apnay ip address ki config ko auto per ker dien...phir check ker k dekhay

Yar I got back my Internet speed by installing Eset NOD 32 Anti Virus instead of Eset Smart Security. Thank u v much for your help. TC
