Love In Vista Guardian 2010

Asalamalikum...

As I am already running Nortan AV at my system, but for few days now I am experiencing a virus name Vista Guardian 2010,it has started screwing me up now...
I tried to remove it from WinTaskManager and from regedit thro HKY_Local_Machine ,it goes away for a while then it keeps coming back.
I know if i format my computer would be the best solution..
But I need to know what else I should do to remove it ?

You Have To Use Best Antivirus Like That Avast
Then Scan Ur PC And Delete All Virus's From YouR System

i just paid 70 bucks for Nortan AV running at my PC
and u want me to download another one ... ???
i would have downloaded it for sure , but lemme see my online support first ...for the AV i have, as it is closed for weekends...I hope they might be able to resolve this problem...
If not then sure i will come back and download the one u gave me..
