Go to SETTING , OPTION , ADVANCED OPTIONS , SERVICE BOOK

ab service book ko open rahny dai. phir Alt key ko hold kar SBEB yani Pehly "s" phir "b" phir "e" and "b". presee kary.

YAAD RAKHY SERVICE BOOK K MENU KO OPEN HONA CHAYE

agar phir b na ho tu please ap apna model bata dai

Select Advanced options
In Advanced option, Select Service Book, agar waha par default service book show ho rahi hai tu us ko one by one delete kar dai.

aik service entry par ja k mouse ball ko push kary. ap k samny delete ki option ajy ge. is ko delete kar dai.isi tarha tamam entries delete kar dai.

us k baad tamam steps jo first page par diye gay hai us ko adopt kary.

or last step for browser as below


go to Options > Advanced Options > Browser and select the browser as shown in image.

this issue resolved lakin ab niya prob ho gia hy, i have downloaded & installed desktop manager but it shows error and not openup. wht ot do now.
my model of bb is 8100

i am using zong prepaid
masla yeh hai k mere blackberry device automatically behid the scene gprs connect kerti hai or is trha mera credit zero hojata hai
data services ko off kerany sai yeh masla sahi to hojata hai but mai mms receive nahi kersakta
what do to sir???
asa koi hal nahi k automatic gprs connection b na ho
or mai gprs jab chaho use kersako or us waqt mujhay beshak charges ho
and taa k mai kisi b waqt mms b receive ker sako ....

kia ham blackberry curve 8520 ik aam normal phone ki trha istamal nahi ker sakty yeh automatic connection kiio

brother mera sawal to samjhay automatic gprs connection ko kesay roka jaye bb curve 8520 mai jis ki wajah sai balance zero ho raha hai ?? mai nai majboran apni data services off keri v v hai mobile option mai ghus k
so plz yeh to bataye is automatic connections ko kesay rokay aap nai settings kernay ka tariqa bataya hai bhai

mujy mobile canada sy aiya hai blackberry 9000 rogers ka hai aur udher browswer m default browswer configration: m HotSpot Browswer hai woh na delete hota hai na change so tel me any sloution
