capital performs a vital role in the way of economic development of a country. but in pakistan capital exist in very little form that is a cause of the backwardness of industrial sector.Attention is the key to success. in pakistan like other developing countries due attention is not paid towards industrial sector. industrialists are provided with proper knowledge and inputs. they do what they think bye their own. its causes to reduce industry output. literary mmaters in every walk of life. however in develping countries like pakistan people are illiterate. most all of the industrialists are illiterate in pakistan. they do not know the modern techniques of production. that's why they use outdated methods of output that causes to reduce the output.
the prices of industrial inputs like oil cotton fuel raw iron are very high. industialists have to buy these goods costly. unstable and high price tempt industrialists to produce less in quantity and quality..

infrastructral problems


Socio-infrastructure is very tigh and tough. Farmers have to participate in unnecessary but cultural programs. They spend a lot there. they do not save anything for agricultural purposes. On the other govt. does not arrange any programs for farmers to be rejoiced..

The most common cause of infaltion is too much money chasing too few goods. If everybody had 5 times as much money but the amount of goods and services produced remained the same prices would naturally rise by a factor of 5. So the answer to avoiding inflation is simply to avoid printing too much money...

Inflation is one of the obstacles on the way of development. In pakistan is has squeezed the major part of the population. It needs to be controlled by strategic planning. Domestic production should be encourages instead of imports; investment should be given preference in counsumer goods instead of luxuries, agriculture sector should be given subsidies, foreign investment should be attracted, and developed strong monitoring system should be established on different levels in order to have a sound evaluation of the process at every stage..
