your windows is infected by any trojan or maleware, this is a fake window to make some invitation to purchase their product. use "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" and scan your C Drive only.

sab say pehlay ap apni window safe mode main on karain. us kay bad C: drive Programe file us main security walayfolder ko delete kar dain. our control panel main say bhe uninstall kar dain. our is kay bad window restart karain our koi anti virus install kar kay total system scan karain our virus khatam karain.
