How to insert frames in Photoshop CS4

Friends kiya koe bta sukta hy k Photshop cs4 main hum Frames kis tarha apni designed document main laga sukty hain or us main phir kis tarha likh skty hain...kiya is frame ko adjust mean to say dat k hum chota bara kr sukty hain.Also frames download krny k liay or brushes k liay koe achi see website bta dain...Thx...........

solution ye hy ........
frames download krny k baad aap
step 1:adobe open karo and then file menu main sy open ko slelect karo or apni marzi ke pic slect karo or ok kr do...
step 2:ctrl+A command is pic ko select kr lo then press crtl+t,then go to select menu and choose border ....aik dialog box ay ga us main value likh dain e.g.15 or ok kr dain then again select and choose border and write value as 10 then repeat the step again write value as 3 and hit ok
is k baad layer menu-->layer styles-->drop shadow choose kr lo aik window open ho jy gee ...wahan sb sy ooper style select karo or then right side py small arrow hoga usy click karein to styles open ho jain gy....apni marzi ka style choose karain .......wohi aap k frame k tor py lug jy ga.....
