first insert this PIC in PhotoShop
convert background layer into normal layer by double clicking on it.
Add a Layer
select the area you want to color using Lasso Tools or/and Magic Wand Tool
then color between you selection.

I have only worked on your solution. Finishing can be done.

kiya ya kaam kise or way sy b ho sukta hy jaisa k eliptical maque tool....but usy use krta hn to ellipse choty radius ke buntee hy.............any solution

wrna circle le kr is pr draw krein....den color kr dein...
