slow system problem.help me out plz?

kia koi mere madad karega maray pass p4 sytem hai HP ka.
2.6 GHZ SPEED
512 RAM
40 GB hardsik hai.
par mera system itna slow hai k main aik c.d write karna chahta ho tu 40 mint lagtay hai.
hafte main 2 baar window karni parti hai
net use na b karo tu b itna slow hota hai
koi plz mere madad kare system torne ko dil kar raha hai
plz help me out ..

Brother jiss tara ka problem app bata rehay ho legta hay k apkee RAM problem ker rei ho ghe kion k ager 512Mb ram hay aur 2.6 Ghz processor hay tu phr itna slow i think RAM kee waja say he hoga ap RAM ko nikal k kisi aur slot main lega k check kero.Kia Anti virus install kia howa hay k nai baaz aukaat Virus kee waja say b system slow ho jata hay

Salam....
System open kar ke Blower maar kar bhi try karlain.Blower se koi dust etc hogi tou woh saaf hojaye gi.Processor and RAM ki slots pe dust ajaye yeh bhi ek waja hoti hai system slow honay ki.
and registry cleaner etc use karne ka mein mashwara dena chah raha tha but ap ne likha hai ke new windows kartay hain week mein 2 times tou registry cleaner ka faida nahin.
Ap apni HDD bhi low level format kar ke dekhain(Means full format).C,D jitni bhi drives hain sab ko.and ScanDisk bhi chalayen.Is se ap ke HDD mein koi Bad sectors hongay tou khatam hojayen gay.
But please make sure to backup your data as ScanDisk may make your system unstable...

1. sab say pehlay CD Write ki Speed Ziada Writer kay lanse para hoti hay.
2. ap apnay system main CCleaner install kara do our her window strat par Run Cleaner use kiya karo our Registry file ko bhe theek kar diya karo. our jo bhi installed file uninstall karani ho is kay zarye kiya karo.
3. avast anti virus install kar kay us say system ko virus say clean karo.
umeed hay in step say ap ka system acha ho jaye ga.

Or Jab Partition Bnahen To Thora Space Free Rakhen Yani 9 Gb K 4 Partitions Bnahen Or Baqee Jo Bache Ise Free Kar Den
