    Exclamation excel formula/functioning help

    Main chahta hoon k koi aisa formula ho k Number of challans ka jo violation code hain wo violation codes main ajain aur unka jo fine wala column ha us kay mutabik fine bhi fine walay column main ajaye kyoun har violation code ma fine ki variation ha means agar 18 number code pe van ha to uska fine rikshay kai liyay aur ha aur van coaster wagera k liyay aur ha but 18 number ka saray fine ka total chahay wo koi b ho 18 number kai samnay hi aye kindly help me out on this issue thanks.
