Bhai please full detail chahiye. Kon sa browser hai (Firefox, Internet Explorer, ?) or error kab ata hai? Install ho k yainstall he nahi hota?

try to download it with different browser ,
even sometimes u dont need to download it ,if you check the video u wanna see at different browser it works... can download it from there also ..try chrome or IE ..
or turn off ur firewall or AV before downloading
