Panorama will take a wide
picture like a widescreen tv. It
is good for landscape shots.
And Panaroma mode take 3 normal
shots and combine
them,putting them side by
side,in effect allowing you to
take a far wider view. The most
usual method for this that you
begin with the leftmost corner
of the COMPLETE(as in the
panaoramic view) shot,then
click your first part.The camera
will then bring you to the
second step where you'll have
a ghost (a translucent stripe
from the rightmost part of the
first image) frame on the left
side, which you must match up
to the scene you're capturing.
(As in if you have 3 dots on
the ghost,match those 3 dots
to their positions in the real
world on the viewfinder).The
final step will again give you a
ghost stripe (the rightmost
edge of the image you took in
the second step) to match up
with the scene.So basically you
have 3 different shots
(depending on the make
maybe more/less.......though 3
is the most common) with two
joins in between giving you an
equivalent of thrice the
horizontal on exactly the same
vertical (meaning a ratio of
3x:y instead of the normal x:y)
