Unlock Gon:
There are many methods but some are difficult.

To release him,simply defeat him in Tekken Ball mode.

There are a couple of others ways like

Just pick any character and play either time attack or survival mode and get a high enough score that it asks for your innitials then write GON as your 3-letter name.

Complete Arcade mode with Dr B.

Just beat the game with the original characters until you get Tekken Ball Mode. USE KING BEFORE ANYONE ELSE to fight in ball mode. If you used king first Gon will be your opponent. Beat him and he's yours.

Unlock Dr. B:

To unlock him,you have to fight your way through the Tekken Force mode 4 times.The first 3 times,you will notice you gain a key.Once you have the 3 keys,fight through to the end and defeat Heihachi once more.When he is defeated,you will then challenge Dr B.Defeat him to complete your Tekken 3 character rota!
