meray laptop may masla ye hay k jab bhi may koi file download karta hoon .tu jab may us ko extract karta hoon ya setup chalata hoon tu hota ye hay k achanak say dos ka khulta oor band ho jata hay oor wo file nhi chalti hay oor kuch bhi nhi hota hay.oor haa ik masla oor meray pass ik tuneup utility ka program installed tha kuch arsay k bad comanay nay ye kah k band kar dea k mera password fake hay ab us k bad may us program ko delete karna chata hoon but but wo nhi ho raha hay . i have windows 7

please help me i will really appreciate
