Msn instaling error(not a valid win32 applications)

hope app sub thek hon gy,problem ye hai k main jub bi MSN masnger instal kerta hn to ye ERROR ata hai kindly koi help kro plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz,

dost aap ki windows mein system 32 ke folder mein se win32 ki file currpt ho gai hai aap ko windows new karni pare gi

thnx for inform to me but is there anymore option to fix this error without windows reinstall beacuse i already change this windows.

yeh latest messenger hai jo sirf windows 7 ko hi support karta hai...

thnx for inform but main yhi MSN other computer per use ker rha hn xp per wo dell gx280 hai pentium R 3.0 GHZ, DDR 2 I GB per or mera apna system is sy acha hai
intel pentium R 3.2 pinless core 2 dua suported.
DDR2 1 GB
160 sata HDD
but mery pass erorr ata hai
