youtube proxy Restriction

I have attached the snapshot of the error recived during opening you tube can any one tell me how to bypass this proxy Restriction.

yaar koi or proxy btao, hmari uni mein kproxy.com b block hai

yes brother you may b right so the best solution which I know is to use this proxy site this is 100% working.the site is www.schoolisgood.com
or you may use a software name ultrasurf.
