MS Office Problem

Mera Prob yeh hai k main ny window XP main limited user create kia hai lekin jub b wo koi office ki file edit kerta hai to wo dobara save nai hoti "save As" ka dialog box open ho jata hai aor files ki duplicate banata hai ???????????

jis jaga apki file save hai jis folder mai save us par ye process apply kare
1.right click on folder
2.goto properties
3.general mai attributes mai read-only par chk laga hoga us check ko hata daye or ok karedaye
warna apne jo user create kare unko rights nai mil rahay save karne k
apni files ko desktop par copy kare phr us mai edit kar k save kare yaha se bhi jo jata hai masla solve

ye masla aksar eisi file k saath hota hai .... jo read only hota hai.......
aap ki jis file mai ye problem aa rha hai us file per right click kro aur property mai jao aur waha nich read only hoga us ke saath eik box hoga us mai chks kiya hoga us chks per click kro wo nikal jayega.......... us ke baad ye problem nhi rhega....jis jis file k saath ye problem hota ho sab mai eisa kro.........

agr is k baad mai problem solve nhi hota to OFFICE reinstall kr lo eik baar
