Mouse Problem in Windows 7

Aslam u alikum...!!!
mere pass dell ka Laptop aur us main windows 7 Ultimate,, Problem yah ha kah jub main us ko charger pin lgata hun to mouse (external aur mouse pad dono) kaam karna chor daytay han, external mouse utar kay bi dakha pher bi mouse pad kaam nhi karta. Charger Pin utarny pay pher say mouse kaam karna shuru kar dayta ha.
abi main nay new windows install ki but problem still wahi ha

Perhaps your mousepad is decativated. Press Fn(Funtion Button) + F7 to activate it.

this is hardware connectivity conflict issue.
