files are not deleted!

salam bhai,

mery system mein koi bhi file or folder delete nahi ho raha ayr memory bhi almost full ho chuki hai.
jab bhi koi file ya folder delete kerta hon to yeh command ya window a jati hai:---

cannot delet.........file.
it is being used by another person or program.
close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

kinldy help in this metter.

use norton antivirus 2011 virus hay yeh and run men msconfig likho and startup tab men se fazol programm uncheck karo

ye 100% galat bt ki hai....ye prob virus ki waja se nahi hoti....ap jo file del karna chah rahe hotae hain vo proper band nahi hoi hoti jis wja se vo kehta hai k used by another software k error daita hai....is liya sab se easy way hai k ap UNLOCKER install kar lo choti si application hai....ye pata daiti hai k kon sa program ap ki file ko use kar raha hai bd ma ap us ko unlock k button duba kar del karain to del ho jayae ga.

My brother agreed with u

1) First reason can be that a file or a folder is being used by an other utility software or windows

2) there is some types of virus that overlap as you click on any folder or file the virus code execute as a process in the RAM( Random access memory) and that virus keep monitor when you click and when u click that folder is used by that virus process so that Windows pop up msg that this file is currently in use.
