    Assalam O Alikum,

    Complete Process 4 You Brother....

Easy steps to edit a DVD video using AVS Video ReMaker

The short tutorial below teaches you how to make the most out of your video-recording hobby. You will know how to edit a DVD video, keep the best scenes and enjoy the final result without even converting the DVD video.

    The 7 magic steps

Step 1: AVS Video ReMaker – Download and install

Step 2: AVS Video ReMaker – Load the original DVD

Step 3: Feature – Use “Scene detection” to remove unwanted scenes

Step 4: Feature – Use “Timeline” to remove unwanted clips

Step 5: Create the DVD menu (if wanted)

    Step 6: Remake the DVD

Step 7: DVD Burn onto disc

Step 1: AVS Video ReMaker – Download and install

Download AVS Video ReMaker (http://www.avs4you.com/download_file...nd=false&fix=1) and run the file, follwing the instructions. You’re now ready to go to step 2!

Step 2: AVS Video ReMaker – Load the original DVD

Insert the DVD into your DVD-reader. Lunch AVS Video ReMaker, select the DVD video you want to edit by pressing the “Add File” button which will open a window that helps you browse your computer. If you are about to edit more videos at the same time, please make sure they all have the same parameters (resolution, ratio, frame rate, bitrate).

In case you select a wrong file, you can remove it by pressing the “Clear” button.

Step 3: Feature – Use “Scene detection” to remove unwanted scenes

The “Multi Trim” option is magical: it allows you to aumatically detect all the scenes in your video and to delete several scenes simultaneously. Just click the magic button “Trim” on the Timeline Toolbar and this will open the Multi Trim window (if you are editing more than one file, you need to decide first upon one of them on the Timeline): in this window, click “Detect Scenes” button and wait for the program to detect the video scenes. Please be patient as this could take some time, depending on the lenght of the DVD video file.

After the process is completed, all the detected scenes will be displayed on your right, in the scenes list. Click on the scenes you want removed from the video (holding “CTRL key” down to select multiple scenes) and then click the “Delete Scene” button to remove the selected scene(s). In the end, click “OK” so that the changes will be applied to the video.

Step 4: Feature – Use “Timeline” to remove unwanted clips

If you want to delete clips, “Timeline” is what you need: move the slider of the “Timeline Scale” and find the beginning of the clip to be deleted, then click the “Split” button. Do the same to matk the end of the clip. To make sure you’re doing the right thing, take a look at the Preview window.

Now it’s the moment in which you select the clip your want to delete (click on it) and delete it (click the “Delete” button). Done.

Step 5: Create the DVD menu (if wanted)

Now, that you have removed all unwanted scenes and clips, you are ready to create the DVD video menu using AVS Video ReMaker.

    Step 6: Remake the DVD

Set the output file parameters, click the “Remake Now!” button, in the “Output section” of the Remake window enter the output file Name, select the Folder into which to save your resulted video and select the desired Video/Audio format. Are you ready? Then click on “Remake Now!” button to start the process. Please note that this opeartion might take some time, depending on the file length and your computer configuration.

Step 7: DVD Burn onto disc

The final step of editing a DVD tutorial is about to begin!

Start by inserting a blank DVD (compatible with your drive) into your DVD-writer. This will trigger AVS Video Burner to open and to guide you through the whole process of recording your video onto DVD. If you want to verify the disc after burning, you can do this by checking the “Verify disc” checkbox (keep in mind that this operation will increase the time in which the whole operation will be finished).

Recording will begin instantly when you click the “Start Burning!” button (althoug, if the disc is not empty, the AVS Video Burner will ask you to erase it, and if you don’t want to do thatm just change the disc). When the burning process is complete, the disc will automativally be ejected. You’ve just managed to edit your first DVD video! Enjoy!
