Hope you all fyn nd sailing a cheerful boat lyk me these dayz, I'm going to apply for an IT post in an organization, so I've some questions here. If someone knows the correct answers for my questions please answer it. I will be very very thankful to you.

4. What do you like about your current job or what did you like about your last job?

5. Give us an example of when you handled a stressful situation.

6. Give us an example of one of the toughest problems you had to face, and how did you deal with it?

8. Do you think you are the best person for this job? If so, why?

9. Why did you apply for this position?

10. Why did you apply for a position with our company and what do you know about us?

11. Why should we hire you?

12. Tell us about your short and long term goals?

that's good but doesn't seems to be practical for novices, i would suggest to get maximum knowledge of your field and as well as the strong knowledge of current affairs is the most compulsory one before interview!
If you are going to appear for Network Administrator you should know A-Z of Networking, in this case no body can reject you,
My calculations are:
Academics+Field Knowledge+Current affairs knowledge
