Where and how to submitt a website in Google
Most webmasters don't submitt their websites in search engines as they are optimized to find any new website on net and then include that in their databases.

They are three Different ways to add your website in Google search engine.

Webmasters can manually submitt their websites in Google by clicking here
You can create a link of your site on other sites/forums which are already in google, Google will include your site when google bots will crawl that page next time.
Webmasters can also submitt Google Sitemap.
