Want excel formula for this .... problem

Mere pas ek excel ki workbook hai (jo ki attached hai) or usme 4 sheet hai jo ki ek dusre se link hai formula ke tahat.

Ap mai ye chahata hau ke sheet no “mroll” mai “M” column mai jo jo row aa rahi hai or un rows mai jo bhi likha hai jese ke row no 1 mai hai “Surface dressing” or agli row mai jisme data hai wo likha hai “Excavation” to ye to mere row ke item ho gaye ap mai ye chahata hu ke jo mere 4th sheet hai “rate” ke nam se us me bhi tamab wahi item hai jo ke “mroll” mai hai ab mai ye chahata hu ke sheet “mroll” mai jo bhi mera item likha aaye to us ke age M column me us ke rate likhe aa jaye sheet “rate” se leke, kisi formula ke tahat , not manually.

To ab mai ye chahata hu ke kisi formula ke tahat sheet “mroll” mai item no 1 ke aage ke column me sheet “rate” se usi item ka jo bhi rate hai likah a jaye
